Overview
The VCU Medical Center Annual Report showcased the center’s increased presence and recognition on the national and international stage in 2009. The main sections of the 44-page 8.5" x 11" report covering advancements and accomplishments in patient care, community service, education, research, grants and awards were connected by related stories illustrating the extensive media coverage the medical center received. The report’s design incorporated newsprint-inspired details to subtly continue the thread, while a mix of black-and-white and color imagery highlighted the groundbreaking — and news-making — advancements happening at the medical center every day.
